Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TendReply (the “Service”). By creating an account or connecting a Google Business Profile, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
What the Service does
TendReply reads the reviews on the Google Business Profiles you connect and helps you reply to them: it drafts replies in your brand voice using artificial intelligence, lets you approve or edit them, and — with your explicit consent — posts replies automatically. The most severe reviews (health, safety, legal, or discrimination) are always escalated to a human and are never auto-posted. It also shows you insights and monthly reports about your own reviews.
Your responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorized to manage, the Google Business Profiles you connect.
- Replies are drafted by software. You are responsible for every reply posted from your account, whether you approved it yourself or allowed it to post automatically, and you can edit or delete any reply at any time.
- You are responsible for keeping the brand-voice settings and knowledge-base facts you provide accurate.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and use the Service lawfully.
Consent and auto-posting
Automatic posting is off by default. It runs only after you explicitly opt in by choosing an automation level, and you may withdraw that consent at any time, which immediately stops automatic posting. Disconnecting your Google account also stops all posting.
Managed service
TendReply is operated for you by our team. You authorize us to access your account, reviews, drafts, and replies to run the Service, as described in the “Who can see your data” section of our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to violate Google’s Business Profile policies or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party services
The Service relies on Google’s APIs and other providers, and is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes or outages in those services. TendReply is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Fees
- Plans are billed as a subscription at the price shown on our pricing page when you sign up: monthly, or annually at a discount if you choose annual prepay. Prices are per location.
- Free trial. Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial; when it ends, the plan you chose begins and is billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends (Settings → Your plan → Manage billing). One free trial per business.
- There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
- There is no limit on the number of reviews or replies. Each plan covers every review your location receives.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TendReply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. On termination, we stop processing your data and delete or anonymize it as described in our Privacy Policy, including deleting review content within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
